Avoriaz is experiencing the best December conditions seen in years. The skiing is great all the way down the Prodain and Ardent valleys.
The resort isn't too busy as the Morzine lifts have also been running, meaning the crowds have been spread out over the Portes du Soleil.
Avalanche risk is high at 4/5 so make sure you are properly equipped and stay in the safer areas.
