Situated right in the centre of La Falaise, one of the most popular quarters of Avoriaz, this apartment has direct access to the ski slopes and is just a short stroll from the centre of resort.
Recently renovated, this apartment provides all modern conveniences and is decorated in a cosy and warm alpine style.
The open plan living space offers a small fully equipped kitchenette with combination oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher and 2 ring hob. There is a dining table for four and two comfortable sofas where you can put your feet up at the end of the day. At the far end of the room, large windows and a glass door lead onto a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, a great spot to enjoy an après-ski drink.
For entertainment there is a 37” LCD TV, cable TV, DVD, MP3 player, board games, a selection of DVDs, and unlimited WiFi.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in a double bedroom and two single sofa beds in the living room.
Dining
This property is let on a self-catering basis, however, this doesn’t mean you need to cook for yourself! There are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively, you could opt for a food delivery service.
