1hr hydrospeed excursion in Thonon Les Bains
This is an amazing activity where you can have fun on the river, suitable for good swimmers from 14 years and above.
You don't need to be a cross channel swimmer for this activity, but you need to like water and be at home in it! The most important thing is to learn the art of using fins. Once this is achieved hydrospeed is a piece of cake. Your guide will explain the basics of navigating down the river, how to enter and get out of the current and the rules of safety.
Meeting at Thonon les Bains, the activity lasts approximately 1 hour. There will be a maximum of 20 people per group.
Hydrospeeding is suitable for strong swimmers from the age of 14 upwards.
Worth knowing
