This is a newly refurbished chalet located on the Route Avoriaz near Morzine, only 2 mins from the nearest ski lift.

The main living area is open plan with a kitchen, dining and lounge area. It is very light due to two sets of patio doors.

The kitchen is modern and has all the equipment you need for your winter stay including an oven, microwave/grill, induction hob, fridge and dishwasher.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs and then the lounge area with corner sofa, TV, and patio doors to the terrace and views across the mountains.There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer

There is a garage with storage space for skis and boards.

It is also possible to ski back to the chalet (subject to your skiing standard and the snow conditions).
