Have you always wanted to climb up to a summit, overnight in a mountain hut, spend a day at high altitude or discover the mountain beyond the busy pistes? Here are just some of the of activities available for you to try with ESF Avoriaz:
Do you like free ride skiing and exploring new area? In the Portes du Soleil, Courmayeur, verbier, Zermatt or Chamonix, the high-mountain guides of the Avoriaz ESF ski school will show you the most beautiful slopes the region has to offer with half-day tours for 1 to 6 people. Security equipment is provided by the guide (harness and transceiver).
Experience an incredible day with heli-skiing tours! A helicopter will take you to the Italian glaciers and their guides will show you the pristine slopes to discover new horizons. Tours take place in the Val Veni, just after the Mont Blanc tunnel, in a beautiful high-mountain setting. Activity for good skiers only (class 4), for groups of 4 people maximum. Discover a fun and friendly way to escape and rediscover nature. Far from the crowds, cross-country skiing gives a feeling of freedom to all its followers. There are two different techniques: the skating one that offers sensations similar to those of skating or ice skating and the classical technique which is a slipped walk.
