James travels to the Portes du Soleil to look at the towns of Avoriaz and Morzine. With over 650km of pisted runs the Portes du Soleil is the largest connected ski area in the world, and with over thirteen snowparks and a natural park, "The Stash" is one of the most popular resorts in Europe with freestyle skiers and snowboarders. The two towns, Morzine and Avoriaz, have very differant styles and feel but both offer excellent skiing and are convientiently close to Geneve. |
